An architectural asset reimagined for a modern landscape

A NEW TAKE ON AN INDY ORIGINAL

Known for its sawtooth glass-pane rooflines and its creative tenants, The Stutz is an iconic four-story factory building, easily accessible from I-65 and I-70 in downtown Indianapolis. This cultural center takes inspiration from its historic past while establishing a distinct live-work-play experience for the Indianapolis community, offering best-in-class retail and food and beverage offerings, creative office space, programming and events, and much more.

Transformational in nature, The Stutz redevelopment project encompasses 441,000 square feet of leasable space, spanning a 3.8 acre, 7-building complex located between 10th and 11th streets and Senate and Capitol avenues. Here, makers, artists, and small businesses converge in a revitalized building that honors and embodies the Stutz Motor Company’s legacy of hard work, artistry, and innovation.
